In the middle of a crowded gallery a man and woman move past one another. Though seemingly invisible, they fling their bodies together, searching the air to find each other's ghosts, until they finally meet in a distant memory of the moment that would connected them forever.
No Hay Olvido/ There's No Forgetting is a performance piece presented in conjunction with the Studio 889 printmaking exhibition Encuentros Con Pablo Neruda. Weaving together the poetry of Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, it is a story of a love that endures war and even death, whose echo reverberates beyond the limitations of time and distance.
